Last night I ventured uptown with most wonderful man in the world, 

my mom, step father, friends and cousins to the Wells Fargo Plaza 

for the season opener of Alive After Five.

Our wedding band, Right On, 

the best party band IN THE WORLD, was playing.  

The fun seemed to start and finish in the blink of an eye.

Right On band promises to take a break only if you ask them to.

How fun is that?

The lace on the hem was/is in shreds.

I had my mother's wedding dress remade, so the way I see it, 

we have gotten a fair return on investment.

Oh what a night.

For last night's ensemble, 

I paired a handful of birthday items to style the complete look.

I just met this dapper gentleman. 

I was totally loving his ensemble and thought ours combined 

would make for a good photo opp.

Those shades, the sunnies and kicks, and the pop of red on his wrist...
